Does IONOS have a withdrawal button?
Partly. MyWebsite Now shops (from December 2022) can switch on an order withdrawal request, but you add the link yourself, the customer needs the order number, and you must confirm receipt of each withdrawal by hand. Websites without the IONOS shop get nothing. Revokerie works on every IONOS website and confirms receipt automatically, in the customer's language.

Enter your shop name, your website address and your email. You get your own withdrawal page on revokerie.com and one line of code to copy.
Open the website editor
In your IONOS account, open your website project and start the Website Editor (MyWebsite Now).
Add the line as head code
Go to Settings › Custom Head Code, paste the line and choose No consent required. Revokerie sets no cookies; with consent required, the button would only appear after a visitor accepts cookies.
Save and check
Click Save and open your published website: the withdrawal button shows on every page. If you had switched on the IONOS order withdrawal request, turn it off so customers see one clear button.
Tell customers where to find it
Mention the withdrawal function in your terms and in your order confirmation email; your dashboard gives you the sentences. Then send a test withdrawal to see what your customers get.
